Susannah Seare

Susannah’s college degree and background in communications/public relations gave her the perfect groundwork to choose real estate as a natural career choice. Her mom is a well-known interior decorator, which gives Susannah a leg up on recommendations about staging listings to show and sell and knowing what décor is worth the effort to sell a home. It’s not enough to just be able to fill out a listing or sales contract for a client or customer, as in today’s market you’ve got to have a full bag of skills to get buyers their dream and sellers their best prices.

A native of Utah, Susannah has been successfully representing buyers and sellers for over 20 years in the Salt Lake Valley. She lives in the historic Avenues neighborhood between downtown and the University of Utah and makes it a point to give back to her community through volunteerism. She’s an active member of her children’s Ensign School Community Council and has been involved with the Utah Society for Environmental Education, the Utah Housing Coalition, the Twilight Concert Series and Repertory Dance Theater. Susannah prides herself on her ethical and loyal relationships that she’s developed over the years with both clients and industry associates alike. When not showing property you may find Susannah skiing in the canyons, jogging along the Shoreline Trail, or her favorite pastime-goofing off in the neighborhood with her kids!
