What might your agent design for you to get you to your goal of selling your property?

There’s additional internet marketing that automatically comes with listing on the Wasatch Front Regional MLS, which means your listing will automatically show up on other popular real estate websites such as Zillow. What’s really important for you to understand is that your listing appears on other websites of other real estate firms around the world, the second you go LIVE on our MLS. Their homes show up on our site because we only use ONE data source - the WFRMLS. That means 20,000,000 websites have the option to grab the data from our listing service and put it on theirs every single second of every single day.

Your agent may use their own favorite social media network (Trulia, KSL, Craigslist, Zillow, etc), newsletters and email blasts to feature your listing beyond Urban Utah’s own usual social media. They may also send out old school mailers and put up door tags, hold open houses and REALTOR opens, or put up flyers in a flyer box on your sign post. In a seller’s market these things may take longer than the time it takes to get 10 offers - thus your agent may be preparing you for multiple offer scenarios rather than designing personal postcards about your house to send out.
